New site is being launched on that day – because it’s a year to the day that DotNetNuke 2 became SKINSATIONAL.. And my committment to skinning was made then…

Well, just a small few modications in the build can make the world of difference – for better or worse…. but that’s what the beta’s are for.

From what I’m reading, there are a couple of things that are stopping it from being released as a proper Release Candidate – I’ve not been told the exact details.

Yes, as the updating procedures are put to the test, and the activity in forum is increased as we test test test, it looks like the polishing of the code is underway.

Been a bit of a relaxing day today- ended up going to a bbq at Williamstown and then the Vodafone Arena to watch the Maddison Cycling.. and wow, I love the track…and now packaging XDChat, and client skins for release.. And a New Survey for registered users.

While putting the final touches on some DotNetNuke work for the core team, I’m really getting back into appreciating DNN for the great product it is… especially when talking to clients…

Finishing the final touches on some core team work, and reading that most of the bugs are fixed up.. and 3.09 has been good to work with and no errors have come up that I know.. although I’ve been doing pretty much the same thing.

Having a couple of connectivity problems which makes working on site a bit of a nuisance, but apart from that – look forward to launch of new site.

I pity some web hosting companies.. those who step into the world of DNN, thinking they can make a huge killing with hundreds of clients and db’s on one server…. you better know what you’re doing.

Needed to see some progress to feel there was a sense of accomplishment and closure on a few projects – Blogs today are a bit fragmented because I was doing a few things.. but a few tidbits to catch up on.
